Methods for Determining Charges |
| |
Clayton-Davis utilizes any one or a combination of four methods of billing its staff services. The method recommended is that which best suits the character of the client, the project(s), the time span, and the services being performed. As a matter of policy and procedure, Clayton-Davis is cost conscious – dedicated to representing its clients’ best interests. |

Billing Based on Staff Time |
| |
A record of staff time is maintained and billing is done in quarter-hour increments based on hourly rates by level of staff providers. |
| |
| |
Project Fee |
| |
A total fee by project is quoted in advance. |
| |
| |
Annual Retainer |
| |
A predetermined annual fee is payable monthly, based on a projection of the average minimum time required at a discounted rate for all staff
levels. The actual staff time is audited annually and renegotiated once a year. |

Media Commissions |
| |
